Mr. Valentin serves as the operations manager for Maluku Preserve City (MP-City) since August 2023 and is also the Sub-Saharan African executive project manager at Entrepreneurs & Investors Group (EIG) LLC.  He has over two decades of experience in operations, budgeting, coordination, planning, organization, direction and controlling the organization’s business activities to achieve its goals and objectives.  This involves but is not limited to overseeing all aspects of business, from finance and operations, risk management to marketing and human resources.  He has mastered secrets of entrepreneurship since his youth when he was one of the best doors to door salesperson working for an American direct sales marketing company in Johannesburg in the years 1994 prior to becoming a hotel general manager for Accor Hotels (one of the largest hotel operators in the world), a chain of French hotels in South Africa.

 Andjela Cherty Mwembya graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Electrical and Computer engineering in May 1999. Besides being an investor, he has held several leadership positions in key industries including IT, Telecom, Energy, Real Estate, Trading, Mining, and financial solutions. He worked for a few fortune 500 companies such as Parsons Inc, Vodacom Congo, and he is currently working as a Senior Strategist in various multinational projects in the USA and in Africa. With over 26 years of experience working in different sectors, he is in a unique position to act as a mentor to upcoming entrepreneurs. Andjelo has volunteered and taken leading positions in various Not-for profit and professional organizations such as Young African Diaspora Initiative (Sponsorship Chair), ProductCamp Austin (Sustainability Chair), Congolese Community of Charlotte (VP),and NSPE (UNC Charlotte VP).
