With our strategic partners we are providing project management and public relations support to major real estate and infrastructure development projects such as new Charter Cities (private Special Economic Zones).  One of our partners is Real Estate Immo SARL, located in at the greater commune of Maluku in the city- province of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

Through First International Agriculture Cooperative (FIAC), we work to improve farmers’ quality of life by providing them with better opportunities, developing efficient agricultural infrastructure, providing access to the global market and increase multiple income streams for stakeholders.

Through IT & Telecom initiatives, we invest in telecommunications and digital

infrastructure to improve connectivity, access to technology, and communication networks. We focus on effectiveness by offering customized solutions and results for short-term as well as medium- and long-term requirements.

We are engaged in strategic minerals, including critical resources, supporting industrial development and long-term economic resilience.

Through the USA-DRC strategic deal, we foster an investment climate conducive to attracting and retaining foreign direct investment, particularly in the mining, processing, and logistics of critical minerals, through clear, predictable, and transparent regulatory frameworks.  i.e., You can become parts of the Sakania-Lobito Corridor, the strategic infrastructure project for the US-Africa trade which will connect Zambia-Angola- Democratic Republic of the Congo to the Atlantic & Indian Oceans. We provide strategic advice on the essential components of the DRC’s long-term industrialization and trade such as special economic zones. 

We have invested in the fight to end extreme poverty in African countries and to create more inclusive communities by developing human capital including technical skills, soft skills, intellectual capital, institutional knowledge, and organizational capital. We understand that these developments increase productivity and capacity building while enhancing human living conditions.  We leverage the use of well-oriented business incubators and accelerators in the special economic zones in the region.
